Independent Living

Independent Living environments include detached or attached homes and cottages for active seniors, to congregate apartments with amenities and services for still-mobile residents who want a full-service environment. Both environments are often found together in a campus setting, or Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), or may be offered individually in stand-alone settings. CCRC's may also offer Assisted Living services on the same campus, or they may be integrated into the congregate community.
