2009 NAHB Best of 50+ Housing Awards, April 2009
Wattenbarger Architects received four seperate awards at this years National Association of Home Builders 'Best of 50+ Housing Awards Program'. The Bellettini received a 'Gold Achievement Award for Congregate/Independent Living Community Best Overall'. Stoneridge received a 'Silver Acheivement Award for CCRC "On the Boards" Up to 200 Units'. Reunion at Redmond Ridge received two awards. Reunion received a silver for 'Best Multifamily Rental 50+ Community (Affordable)' and a silver for 'Best Active Adult Community (up to 500 homes)'.
