Wattenbarger Architects received four seperate awards at this years NAHB 'Best of 50+ Housing Awards Program'.
The Bellettini received a
'Gold Achievement Award for Congregate/Independent Living Community Best Overall'.
Stoneridge received a 'Silver Acheivement Award for CCRC "On the Boards" Up to 200 Units'.
Reunion at Redmond Ridge
received two awards. Reunion received a silver for 'Best Multifamily Rental 50+ Community (Affordable)'
and a silver for 'Best Active Adult Community (up to 500 homes)'.

The NAHB 50+ Housing Council announced the winners for the 2008 Best of 50+ Housing Awards competition during the 2008 Building for Boomers & Beyond: 50+ Housing Symposium in New Orleans in May.
This annual award highlights the latest trends in design and marketing for the 50+ housing industry. This year's winners illustrate the evolution of the 50+ market, addressing the need for tailored services, unique amenities and innovative architecture, all while promoting better living.
Wattenbarger Architects won Silver in the Congregate/Independent Living Community category for their design of Fairwinds - Redmond (WA), a Leisure Care Community. Fairwinds - Redmond is an amenities- and activities-rich independent and assisted living community.
