To be constructed in two phases, this project will be located near Capital Mall on a 20-acre site, adjacent to one of Olympia's city parks.

The project will offer Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL) and Alzheimer's Care, with cottage units situated in a village/campus environment. Landscaping will play a important role in creating areas of activity and intimacy, including destinations with pergolas, fountains, and quiet areas for reflection.

In addition, a two-story wellness center attached to the Independent Living building, easily accessible to the residence at large, will set the stage for both appearance and amenities.

The center will have a large pool, locker rooms with men's and women's Jacuzzi, an advanced exercise area inside and extend outside into a landscaped, terraced area with a water fall. For pampering, a day spa, beauty salon and a barber shop and a nutrition center, including book store and video center.

The wellness center will also be the first place most new residents will visit for a tour of the community. Marketing for the site will be located here. The project will bring a new level of amenity-driven design and up-to-date methods of resident care, including health monitoring, program-driven involvement and a highly-trained staff.

The IL and AL will feature a cafe-style coffee shop and lite fair restaurant in addition to a larger, restaurant-style dining experience. The dining rooms will have an adjacent terrace for outdoor dining. Both the IL and AL will offer a private dining experience as well.

In addition each building will have both large, open activity areas and smaller, more intimate card rooms, craft areas, libraries, and intimate space to create the feeling of home.

The Alzheimer's Care area will have a town square layout, and include a side walk cafe and a town square fountain within a wonderful rotunda of natural daylight, bringing past experiences alive within a secure environment.

The focus overall is to build on the village feeling with numerous walking paths, exercise and resting stops along the way. Large areas of open space with grand trees and colorful, fragrant plantings with greet each resident and visitor.
