Steve Wattenbarger - A.I.A.
Chairman
Steve has successfully pursued the goals of design excellence and quality professional services in a broad spectrum of architectural practice. Since 1975, he has designed over 14,000 units of Seniors Housing in 15 states, across the complete continuum of care. In 1991, Steve made the decision to focus the firm exclusively on seniors housing.
Nationally recognized as an author and educator in the field, Steve is a Trustee of the Seniors Housing Council. Publications include articles and interviews for industry and local sources, and co-authorship of "Seniors Housing: A Development and Management Handbook" for the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
When not leading projects, meeting with clients, writing, or attending industry conferences, Steve can be found on the mountain slopes of Washington or British Columbia, skiing with his family, or traveling with his wife, Carol.
