WATTENBARGER ARCHITECTS

ROSS A. JONES, A.I.A. ARCHITECT
President & CEO

"If it seems like you've got everything under control, you're just not going fast enough."  -  Mario Andretti

Heroes and mentors. If you are lucky, you have both growing up. Ross did. Mario Andretti was his hero. As a result, Ross wanted to be a racecar driver. His 7th grade drafting teacher, a licensed architect, shared his drawings with students. An impression was made, and it was at that moment Ross decided he wanted to be an architect.

The dream of driving a racecar has subsided but is still nourished by a hobby-- customizing and painting sports cars (mostly Alfa Romeos). His love of architecture is constant. Of particular interest is experiencing the power architecture has to impact lives. This impact is demonstrated daily in the design solutions that Wattenbarger Architects delivers to clients. Ross is strategic. He can sort through the clutter and find the best way, quickly. Ross is a maximizer. He wants to help you capitalize on the gifts with which you are blessed, transforming something strong into something superb.

With a background in community design and interior architecture, Ross is able to create an appropriate fit for project residents and their immediate environment, as well as the resident community with the larger neighborhood, all within the guidelines of clients' goals.
