Granite Gate Resort is an independent and assisted living community situated in a strikingly picturesque setting in the desert southwest, outside Prescott, Arizona. The project was begun as a resort hotel, but was converted to a retirement community during construction. Since it was intended to serve as a resort, amenities and common areas are generous and well appointed. Amenities include two restaurants, swimming pool, auditorium, salon, several lounge and game rooms and a lobby bistro/pub.
Living units include generous studio, one and two-bedroom suites, as well as several large, 1,800 SF penthouse units. Assisted Living services are offered throughout the community to residents who desire them.
