The Sequoia Club as proposed will provide private adult day care and wellness services for approximately 90 clients (45 at any given time). The Sequoia Club consists of about 8,500 S.F. The character of the design should convey an impression of a private club, rather than one of a health or daycare setting. Materials and finishes should be in a lodge style and incorporate natural woods and materials, along with abundant daylight and greenery, to emphasize our connection to the natural environment.
